Vista Drivers Fears:

Over the years, I think that I have developed some type of phobia with drivers.
I have an ATI 9000 AIW Card, and on a clean install Vista looks magnificent. All my devices installed automatically with only use of the Vista CD. This brings me to the device manager wherein I notice that there are (4) four devices pertaining to video that are in limbo. This would be the ATI Drivers for the TV / and Capture Devices built into the card. From what I have read on ATI's site is that they are not support their TV / Video to the cards. So is there a way to make this work?

It is up to ATI to create the drivers they feel meet their customers needs. Contact ATI and let them know. Keep an eye on their site for more information as the release of Vista comes near. The older the hardware the less likely a manufacturer is to invest resources.
