Hey, that's Epson's fault, not Vista's. All my older HP printers work just fine with Vista - because HP has provided Vista drivers for them. Why do so many folks fear anything that's new? Getting rid of Vista
I'm running the AMD\ATI official Vista 7.1 64 bit drivers. I could play with some of the others, but I never saw much improvement by way of the Omegas and DNA drivers. Also, I'd like to note that, Doom3, FEAR play fine with those drivers, of course, they are playing in 32bit mode. Wish I had some other 64 bit game

I will download this file, and see if it fixes the bottom 3 grayed out sound options in FEAR. BTW Mark, I beat the first game, and started Extraction Point. I have two PCs at home, one with Vista and one with XP (not enough Vista drivers for it yet), and it was hard for me to get used to Vista, but after using it for a while, I like it better than XP. Of course, your mileage will vary, just like everyone will never agree on which car is the best.

Funny enough the "vista" drivers are the XP drivers. XP sales no doubt are up for fear of it being taken off the market. Eventually of course there will be new hardware with only Vista drivers .... Eventually, is a relatively long time from now. ;-) The way things are going for VISTA, my bet is that XP will be catered to in this respect for many years to come.
